Richard Aiyegoro OTR/L
About our CEO.
Before establishing Compassion First Home Healthcare, Richard worked in the #1 Skilled Nursing Facility in the Northern Virginia area, where he became the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation.
In less than 3 months, Richard was promoted to the Director of Rehabilitation role for over 20 staff members (physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, medical technicians) while working alongside of Healthcare Administrators and Directors/Managers of Nursing.
Richard has also worked in the home health care setting for many years and with the coordination of doctors and families has been able to improve overall independence in patients lives through Activities of Daily Living.
Richard received a Bachelors of Science in Health Science from Howard University in 2015 and received a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Howard University in 2018.
During graduate studies, Richard received the International Service Commendation Award for the class of 2018.
